Ready-to-Use DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Math Workshops

Below we have listed workshops conducted by Dr. and Mrs. deLaubenfels with groups of home-schooled
students at two Midwestern locations, and/or by Dr. deLaubenfels in college classes taught by him at
two midwestern universities.

Clicking a link below to a workshop will give an outline of stage directions for said workshop,
that we hope will enable you to conduct it with a group of students.

"Chalkboard" will mean any surface that may be written on in such a way that what is written
will be visible to all Workshop participants.
|

DIY Workshop color coding for "stage directions":
|
- Writing/drawings in red: Written on chalkboard, possibly spoken.
- Writing in quotes in black: Said out loud to students, not written.
- Writing not in quotes in black: Instructions (suggested); not spoken or written on board.
